After serving our country in the US Marine Corps, Ben Cooper discovered his passion for building. Building homes on the Pacific Coast of California led to commercial properties in AZ, Corporate Offices in Washington, D.C. and high-tech hospital renovations for Johns Hopkins in Baltimore. 17 years later, with a keen eye for detail, a never-quit attitude, and the experience to bring it all together, Cooper Construction & Development was formed.
